Going to Montana

I am really excited about what is coming up! Since coming back from the Peace Corps, I've been wanting to do something else a little similar. I've wanted somthing that feels like it matters, that is fun, and helps other people.

I've been trying to do that at home, and I have been able to do so to an extent, but now I get to go to Montana to volunteer as an AmeriCorps volunteer for Montana Conservation Corps. I will be a Youth Crew Leader, which I think will be a good fit for my skills, a lot of fun, and will also teach me a lot. At some point I will be writing about my Peace Corps experience that I had, but for now I'll just post my pictures. I hope you enjoy them. I'm sure that by looking at the photos, you will get at least some idea of how beautiful Vanuatu is, and how great the people are.

I decided to make a blog again. It will be completely random, and will have anything from random thoughts, to pictures, etc. I have no idea yet how often I will update it, but I imagine that will vary.
